Responsible network abuse handling

Westeros operates AS215748 for customer connectivity, dedicated internet access, transit and peering. Customer traffic is subject to acceptable-use review, route policy controls and operational abuse handling.

Report network abuse

Send reports for spam, malware, scanning, phishing, copyright notices, route leaks, spoofing and other network abuse. Include source IP, destination IP, timestamps with timezone, logs, packet samples where available and the report category.

Acceptable use

  • No spam, botnet command traffic, phishing, malware distribution or scanning abuse.
  • No unauthorized resale, open access service or unmanaged third-party traffic forwarding.
  • No spoofed source addresses, route leaks or unauthorized BGP announcements.
  • Customers must maintain accurate allocation, rDNS and incident contacts when requested.

Operational response

  • High-confidence active abuse is escalated to the NOC for containment.
  • Routing incidents are investigated against RPKI, IRR and BGP telemetry.
  • Repeat misuse may result in filtering, suspension or customer termination.
  • Lawful requests should include the requesting agency, legal process and scope.
